If you’re using both, use conditioner first, followed by a hair mask for optimal results. Conditioner preps the hair by smoothing the cuticle and detangling it, making it ready to absorb the deeper repair and nourishment from the mask. For example, apply our TONI&GUY StrengthPlex Conditioner before our StrengthPlex Bond Repair Mask to lock in intense hydration and repair. Using both together isn’t necessary, though. We recommend using a hair mask once or twice a week and conditioner in between.
